Who We Are

Since 2010, Jaydot has consulted on the development and operation of affordable and Permanent Supportive Housing programs, with a focus on projects that will help end homelessness in the Washington, DC area. Our clients are non-profits and developers committed to creating exceptional residential communities for people exiting homelessness.

What We Do

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) pairs permanent housing with voluntary supportive services and is a proven solution for the most vulnerable people who have experienced homelessness. Jaydot focuses on PSH projects where a significant portion of the units are for people who have experienced homelessness.

Why We Do It

We believe that housing is a human right and homelessness is a solvable problem. Jaydot's mission is to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring by addressing the need for quality affordable and supportive housing for people who have experienced homelessness. Jaydot believes in and prioritizes projects that follow the Housing First model, which minimizes barriers to entry for potential residents.
